Lecture looks at nutrition and fertility |

For couples seeking to expand their families, board certified reproductive acupuncturist Sherri Taylor, and nutritional researcher and author Jan Katzen-Luchenta will lead a discussion at ilumina Healing Sanctuary on the powerful role nutrition plays in boosting a couple’s fertility.
This free lecture, set for 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, will discuss fertility-enhancing foods, the nutritional impact of foods, and share practical snack and meal preparation ideas for busy people.
